Goads and Nails

The book of Ecclesiastes records a preacher's reflections on his lifelong search for satisfaction. His wise words are given by God to help us fear and obey God. For Christians, this book is a reminder that everything evaporates under the sun – lasting satisfaction only comes through life in the Son. This morning we'll be in the opening and closing sections of the book: 1:1-3 and 12:8-14.
