Psalm 97

This psalm begins with an invitation to the whole world to rejoice in the Lord's reign, and ends with a command to the Lord's people to rejoice in the Lord. In the middle we see that there is a divide that separates all the moral agents of creation: how they respond to the reign of the Lord.
