During our 2016 sermon series on the book of James, Josh O'Donnell and Joel Stamoolis collaborated to write this song on the theme of enduring trials (James 1:2). The title and chorus come from John 16:33. The verses are indebted also to James 1:2-4, 2 Corinthians 4:17, and Hebrews 4:15.
